Chef Thais Sampaio is an award-winning Brazilian chef who has delighted the local palate with authentic, flavourful dishes. With years of experience across restaurants and hotels in Brazil and abroad, she brings the recipes and traditions of her homeland to Malta — feijoada, picanha, coxinha and many more.
Together with Edson Bulhões and Sandra Schembri Sampaio, she built The Spot to share the best of Brazil, with plenty of love and fun. We're a Brazilian family growing every day, and every plate is a little piece of home.
